Welcome to Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District’s Web Site.
Tradition, Experience and Opportunities

Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District (COCSD) is an elementary school district serving students from preschool through eighth grade. COCSD has five schools within our attendance area:

	Dr. Daniel Bright School is a primary school for students in preschool through second grade.
	Cottonwood Elementary School is an intermediate school serving students in grades three through five.
	Cottonwood Middle School serves grades six through eight.
	Tavasci Elementary School is our newest school. The K-5 campus is designed to eventually serve children in grades K – 8 who live in Verde Village Units 1 – 5.

Oak Creek School is nestled in the small community of Cornville. It is a K – 8 school that also offers a preschool program for this rural community.

If you are interested in employment opportunities, please click on the Departments tab and select Human Resources. The Governing Board meets each month. To view the Governing Board agendas, please look on your left under Information. When you click on Public Notices, you will find the agendas which list the time and place of all board meetings.

Cottonwood-Oak Creek School District is proud of the educational programs and extra curricular activities we offer our students. When you visit the school sites, you can learn more about our special programs. We also have an award-winning special education department for students with special needs. COCSD, in our desire to better serve our community, is striving to improve our web page.
